Tips to fix if Magic Mouse not working correctly in macOS Mojave

After upgrading to the new MacOS 10.14 Mojave, many users face a problem called “Dead Magic mouse” because it does not work correctly even the setting is set fine.

Whatever your annoying issues are, remove the following cache files (found under ~/Library/Preferences/) would solve the problems:

  • com.apple.AppleMultitouchMouse.plist
  • com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.mouse.plist

How to locate the Library folder?
hit Command+Shift+G from the Mac desktop (or Finder > Go > Go to Folder) and type in ~/Library.
