Homebrew is just a package manager that help to install softwares through command lines on Mac.
How to install HomeBrew on Mac?

Step 1. Run the “Terminal” app, which can be found under /Applications/Utilities/, and Enter the following command line.
/usr/bin/ruby -e “$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)”
Step 2. You may be required to Enter to agree with the Policies,… and provide the administrator password. When the process done, you will see a screenshot with “Installation successful!” message.
It’s now easy to install any softwares using command line through Terminal. If you need help with use of Homebrew, enter the following:
To install a specific package, use the following command line:
brew install [package name]
For example, below is how I instal the wget:
brew install wget
