After upgrading to OS X 10.11 El Capitan, I unable to either download or update software through App store. This did not happen in Yosemite 10.10. Is any one experiencing the same problem?
I can not either download or update software through App store in El Capitan
You can attempt the following solutions in order from to until getting rid of the trouble.
- Make sure you are not using any app that monitor and prevent the internet connection like Little snitch.
- I strongly suggest changing to another WiFi network.
- Sign-in to your App Store, then Sign-out, then Sign-in again.
- Restart your Mac.
- Change DNS to Google DNS.
